*Keeping residents informed through email and flyers

*Planning community activities such as annual Easter egg hunt and semi-annual community yard sales

*Governing your dues, which pay for our street lights, park and entrance maintenance, property taxes on the park, liability insurance for all common areas, activities, maintenance bills and other costs  

*Maintaining Cimerron website and email

*Contacting county agencies concerning drainage and ditches
